When will I receive my order?

Delivery Times:
Normally, we ship our goods with UPS express, it is our Standard Shipping Service. and it is the fastest shipping service. That means there is no faster Shipping Service than this. Also, we can ship on Saturday. and we can do Saturday Delivery for USA and Canada without any additional fees.

  • To USA and Canada, for stock wigs, it takes 1-2 working days via UPS. To other countries, please contact our live support. we will give you a estimate delivery time.

Please NOTE: After all orders were shipped, we will send the tracking Number. If you didn't receive a tracking number for your order, please contact our live support in time.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of item, weight, value (for insurance purposes sometimes), and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. We do not add additional fees to your order if we ship in multiple parcels.

What happens if an item I ordered does not fit? 

We gladly accept returns and/or exchanges, but before sending it back click here to read more about out our return policy.

What if I receive an item that is damaged?

We are so sorry to hear you received a damaged item. Please contact us via our contact form so we can get this corrected for you right away.

Can I wish list items? 

Yes! Every item in our store has a wish list icon. Click to add it to your wish list so it can be saved for a later date. Please note, not all items will be available at a later date.

Do you offer discounts?

From time to time we do offer discounts, if you are a member you will be notified via email and any non-member discounts will be listed on our website.
